My mother is the reason I am who I am and she doesn’t even know it. She worked her whole life at a cinema ticket office, and that small detail shaped my view of the world. That cinema was my backyard, and it was magical. The images, the love stories, the lighting, the shadows, the reflections. It’s only now, as a grown man, that I truly realize how much it influenced me. Photography came early into my life, and curiosity came with it. Exploring with friends, discovering nature, wandering through old houses, chasing sunsets, sharing lots of laughter and deep conversations under the moonlight. But there was something missing… the love stories.

More than a decade ago, I realized where I could bring everything together — where all these small details could be seen, felt, and experienced: weddings. I’m a people person. I want to know your story. I read your smile, your eyes. I can’t deny it — it comes naturally to me. It’s part of who I am. I’m a normal person, and when my couples feel that, they relax. And when they relax, magic happens.

Some say it’s unique. Some say it’s artistic. For me, it’s about feelings. I have the privilege of capturing an image that reveals your true emotions on one of the most important days of your life.

A minha mãe é a razão de eu ser o que sou e ela nem imagina. Toda a vida trabalhou numa bilheteira de cinema e esse pequeno detalhe moldou minha visão do mundo.Aquele cinema era o meu quintal, onde brincava e foi mágico. As imagens, as histórias de amor, a iluminação, as sombras e os reflexos. Só agora já adulto percebo o quanto me moldou enquanto pessoa na minha visão do mundo.. A fotografia surgiu cedo na minha vida e a curiosidade e a vivência cresceram junto dos amigos, ir para a natureza, explorar casas antigas, o pôr do sol, muitas gargalhadas e conversas profundas sob o luar, mas faltava alguma coisa.... as histórias de amor.

Há mais de uma década percebi onde poderia juntar tudo, onde todos esses pequenos elementos se unem e os podemos sentir a todos... nos casamentos. Sou uma pessoa de pessoas, vou querer conhecer a vossa história, vou ler o vosso sorriso, olhar e não posso negar, é algo que me é fácil, faz parte de quem eu sou. Sou uma pessoa como outra qualquer e é quando os meus casais sentem isso que eles relaxam e a magia acontece. 

Há pessoas que designam o meu trabalho como único, outros artístico, para mim são sentimentos numa imagem. Tenho o privilégio de captar e obter uma imagem que irá mostrar a essência do que se vivenciou naquele que é um dos dias mais importantes da sua vida.
